In 1895, it had Romania's first asphalt-paved street, introducing the country's first electric tram in 1899. Beyond infrastructure, in 1953, it housed three state theaters in Romanian, Hungarian, and German.
Intellectual feats include the world’s first encyclopedic treatise on functional equations in 1969. In 1989, it became Romania’s first free city. Today, Timisoara thrives, attracting investments and serving as a business hub. It fosters a dynamic spirit, especially for the younger generation.

We shaped this project with "the why" at the forefront, prioritizing it over the what and how. In a today’s hybridized workspace, our aim is to cultivate environments where individuals feel safe, healthy, creative, and inspired, encapsulating an "office square" essence—an inventive reinvention of the social experience.

A vast majority of business executives—83 percent—say they expect to hire more people for health and safety roles within the next two years, according to a report by consulting firm McKinsey & Co. ‘We’re assured of having another [pandemic]. Cristina Banks Concerns extend beyond employees’ physical health. The pandemic, the recession and social unrest have caused increased anxiety, depression and stress in the general population. Employers had been increasing their mental health benefits before the COVID‑19 outbreak and are now stepping up even more. Nearly three-quarters (72 percent) of companies plan on improving their mental health offerings next year, according to a survey by PwC.
